The International Congress of Mathematicians to Be Held on July 6-14 in St. Petersburg
The International Congress of Mathematicians (ICM) is the largest and most significant conference on pure and applied mathematics as well as one of the world’s oldest scientific congresses. The goal of the ICM is to present a panorama of mathematics, including all fields of study and different geographic regions, and thus point to future areas of progress for the science. The ICM plenary and invited speakers are mathematicians of the highest quality, able to present current research trends to a broad mathematical audience.
ICM 2022 will meet July 6-14 in St. Petersburg, Russia.
The 19th General Assembly of the IMU will be held in St. Petersburg on July 3‑4, 2022.
The ExpoForum international convention and exhibition center is the official operator of the ICM. It opened its doors to visitors in 2014, hosting business and cultural events of all shapes and sizes, and it has been the venue for high-profile events such as the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
